Gamers were very surprised in May when Rockstar Games released the second trailer for Grand Theft Auto 6 (GTA 6) on YouTube. The trailer quickly became popular and spread a lot on sites like Instagram and X (formerly Twitter). People were amazed by how good the game looked, with fancy graphics, exciting car chases, new characters, and plenty of action.

GTA 6 Gameplay and story
The game will have two main characters, Jason and Lucia. Rockstar says that Jason and Lucia never thought the card was rigged against them. But when their easy plan backfires, they end up in the worst part of a bright location in America, right in the middle of a massive criminal operation that spans the entire state of Leonida. They have to rely on each other more than ever to survive and possibly get out of there alive.

Along with Jason and Lucia, there are several new characters in GTA 6. Some of them are Boobie Ike, Brian Heder, Cal Hampton, Dre Quan Priest, Raul Bautista, and Real Dimez.

The game is set in the state of Leonida. It’s said that the new game will take you to Leonida, with neon-lit streets like Vice City and even more distant areas, making it the largest and most realistic Grand Theft Auto game ever.

GTA 6 Release date in India and the price
The release date for GTA 6 is May 26, 2026. The regular version is expected to cost Rs 5,999 in India, while special editions could be more expensive, possibly up to Rs 7,299 or even higher.

Although Rockstar has not confirmed any specifications yet it is leaked that at least Intel Core i7-8700K or AMD Ryzen 7 3700X, GTX 1080 Ti or Radeon RX 5700 XT, 8GB RAM and 150GB space would be needed by players.
